1 Peter 5:8 Watch Out for the Devil

1 Peter 5:8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

There is no reason for us to go around giving God only so much of ourselves. Why would we only give so much of our selves when he give us all of him.

The enemy of God walks around search for searching for those who are half-stepping. He looks at them like a lion ready to to devour them first. He does not play fair. He does not have an honor code. He honors nothing or no one. Those who walk half heartily are those who are not vigilant. They are walking with their eyes closed. They are walking with their minds closed off to the dangers that are ever present.
Much like the jungle, if we are not aware of the dangers we will become the prey of all the unseen dangers hiding in the camouflage of their natural habitat. The prey are the prey because they are unaware.

There is nothing sillier that someone walking in a place of danger without a care in the world. many of them are going to blame God for not protecting them through the unseen dangers, but he will show you where he warned you not to go into certain places and situations. He will show you where he warned you beforehand of dangers ahead. But we walked according to the dictates of our flesh, and the lust of our flesh, and the pride of life, into those things that devoured us.

Be watchful. Be careful. Keep your eyes and ears open to all things. Be aware that the enemy wants to ambush you and eat you alive.

Satan's Same Old Games

He has never ceased to play mind games with the elect of God. The bible says if it was possible, Satan would fool the very elect.
From the beginning he has been a  liar. He is the father of lies, always going about to deceive the children of God. His purpose has never changed. It would behoove us to always be vigilant  because  the adversary always goes out like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
He speaks into our ears, or to speak into our life lies that are seemingly real or so appearing real so that we can have the faith to believe them.  It is "our faith" takes his false words all the way to realization to achieve his results. What kind of trickery is this, that our faith brings us to utter destruction?
In prayer we learn to agree with what God's word says about us. By reading the scripture, we learn to speak the scripture over everything in our lives. The word declares who we are and what we shall be. God's word is a roadmap for our lives. The word of God is the path of right living and right existence in this world.
Adversely, Satan's lies do the same thing when we repeat them to others. Our testimony becomes the testimony of the underworld. We begin declaring the the plans and purpose of the Enemy of God. We align ourselves to his lies. Destruction that will bring to eternal damnation.
Thank God for Jesus. He says man does not live by bread alone but by every word that precedes out of the mouth of God. This is most powerful when we declare what God has already spoken. The bible says, God's goes out and does not return void. to me that means what God says is to be, is already accomplished. The word does not come back to God with a bad report or a non performance report. it does not give and excuse as to why it is not already done. Even when God said let it be, it was already. For us the believer this is a guaranteed result. It is no wonder that Jesus says, ask and it shall be given, seek and you shall find knock and the door will be open unto you.
Keep agreeing with God's word. It is the plan that always work.

Philippians 4:19 He Supplies Our Every Need

Philippians 4:19

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

We should never worry about our needs being met. If God meets the needs of a sparrow he most certainly will meet our needs.

Heaven has the abundance of eternal riches. Heaven has endless resources. Heaven looks upon earth as a place to distribute it's gifts to mankind.
The Bible says, God so loved the world that He gave. God is a giving God. God is rich in blessing is people with the abundance of Heaven's resources.

The above scripture  is one that can be meditated on at all times. To meditate upon this verse is to agree with God for what he says and thinks about our resources. It is not a witch's spell, but to put it in our spirit reminds us of God abundance for us.

Matthew 18:20 He Is With Us

Matthew 18:20

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

I love when the people of God come together. There is nothing like it in the whole wide world. I love when there are no big i's, and no little u's, but all come together for the glory and the honor of the Lord.

It does not take a crowd of ten thousand people to bring God in the midst. It only takes two or three in agreement. Agreeing that we are here to worship and honor the Lord God, agreeing that he alone is worthy of all honor and praise.

I saw a video on YouTube that depicted this verse in scripture. In the comment a gentleman stated that there is no where in the bible where you can find this nonsense going on. I suppose that he thought that the service to which he was accustomed to going was more in line with what actually the type of service that was found in the bible. He stated that all the praise and worship was just emotionalism. I imagined going to his service and expecting to see a corpse in the building. I am not making light of his form of worship, I am saying that all worship is worship based upon our cultural experiences. Perhaps he thought of himself as more refined, and it does not take all of that type of carrying on.

Given to us, is what we bring to the Lord in honor and praise of who and what he is.

The gentleman who made the comment would probably be turned off by Jewish dancing, I do not know.

The scripture is clear. Two or three gathered together in his name. In the manner of honoring the Lord; in the manner of showing forth praise; in the manner of giving God our hearts is where he will inhabit the praise of his people.

Genesis 18:14 Anything? Anything! Is there Anything too hard for God?

Genesis 18:14

Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

Is there anything too hard for God?

What's going on in your life that is impossible for you to start, keep going, or finish?

What type of problem is dragging you or slowing you down?

What is going on that you can't go any farther?

The question comes from Gods word,
Is there "anything" to hard for the Lord?
Anything?
God who makes  it possible for a woman in her nineties to conceive and bare a child.

Anything?

The issues that you face, bring you through on top .
My friend, brother and sister, anything means anything!

There is nothing too hard for God!!!
